【Job Summary】

To identify, monitor, control, mitigate and report the Bank’s compliance risks by adequate procedure and methods.

1. Risk Management：To set up compliance risk indicators and database, to identify and assess compliance risk, propose effective control measures and report to the Management timely.

2. Policy & Procedure：To review bank policies and procedures to ensure the compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide valubale suggestion to improve compliance control.

3. Compliance Review/ Test：

To make the compliance review program and check list, and coordinate all branches to carry out the program, consolidate and finalize the review/test report, and monitor the effective rectification (if any).

4. Regulations：To constantly pay attention to the up-to-date developments of law, regulations and standard, correctly understand their provisions and essence, precisely grasp their impact on bank’s operation. To provide advice for strict compliance and improvement.

5. Training：To organize compliance trainings as planned, and assist branch compliance training.

6. Compliance program/ plan：To assist Head of Compliance to make test and training plan of the Bank, and coordinate the implementation progress in HQ and branches.

7. Compliance Advice：To provide accurate and expert compliance advice timely

8. AML Management：To update AML policy, review and test the compliance of AML procedure, review suspicious transaction report, etc.

9. Report：To complete internal and external reports accurately and timely.

10. Regulator Relationship：To keep close contact with regulators and maintain good relationship；To facilitate regulatory on site inspection.

11. others：To backup compliance work of branches if necessary.To perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

【Qualification Requirement】

Education: Bachlor or above

Experience:：not less than 3-year working experience in banking industry,among which at least 2-year compliance working experience

Other skill: Good PC skill, sound knowledge about banking operation and regulations, good communication skill
