Maintenance of payroll, tax and attendance reporting information and continuously improve the payroll and attendance reporting process;
Support on the yearly Market Survey data and evaluate the change trend of the market, make suggestions for the company compensation plan for management to make decisions;
Assist to regular review and update the Company related HR policies according to the national policies and regulations;
Supervising the accurate implementation of the related HR Policies within the company;
Managing employee benefits program including commercial insurance plan, employee annual health check and other related to employee benefits programs;
Other duties as assigned to support department and corporate objective
Qualification:
Human Resource Management Major and related, with bachelor degree or above.
5 years relevant HR C&B working experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and HR related technology,
Familiar with national & local labor related laws, as well as company HR policies;
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee issues.
Attention to detail, strong data, analytical & pressure-management skills
Customer service experience and good communication & interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal English and business English writing.
