1 Recruitment招聘


Co-ordinate with Dept.manager to write job description, timely update all positions JD.


协调用人经理撰写职位说明,及时更新各岗位JD。


Job posting and updating.


招聘信息发布和维护。


Collect, filter resumes and arrange interviews, issue offer.


收集、筛选简历及安排面试,发放Offer。




2 Onboard and Termination入离职



New employee onboard related issues. According to the onboard procedure, give access and attendance rights; accounting annual leave quota; Sign a contract; onboard orientation; register employee information to the roster; create and update employee archives.


新员工入职相关事宜。根据入职流程表,开通门禁及考勤权限;核算年假数;签合同;入职培训;登记职工信息到花名册;建立并更新员工档案。


Enroll in Gov.Employment Office, Social Security Bureau, Housing Fund, PingAn commercial insurance.


招退工、社保、公积金、商业保险加减保。


Terminated staff matters. According to the termination process, annual leave quota balance accounting, checking attendance, recycling related materials. Notify related parties, cancel SAP, IT account, extension.


离职员工事宜。根据离职流程表,核算年假剩余,结算考勤,回收相关物资。通知相关方,取消SAP、IT 账号、分机。



3 Appraisal for probation and contract renewal试用期评估及续签合同


Notify the Dept.manager to make appraisal, issue probation letter to the staff.


通知用人部门评估,向员工发放转正通知。


Notify the Dept.manager to make appraisal, and timely renew the contract.


通知用人部门评估,及时续签合同。


Adjustment of contract

合同变更。


4 Attendance, C&B 考勤、工资与福利


Daily handling sap error, check staff overtime, leave, travel, and register and update in sap and leave record form; check shifts, performance data and meal allowance, summary attendance data.


每日处理sap报错、核对员工加班、休假、出差,并登记到sap和休假大表中;核对翻班费、绩效数据和餐贴,汇总考勤数据。


Calculate and dispatch salary.


计算工资并发放。


Reported individual tax.


报个人所得税。

Special working scheme application from Gov..


特殊工时申请。


Buy and distribute holiday cards, birthday cards, women's day cards.


购买和发放节日卡、生日卡、妇女节卡。


Arrange annual medical examination.


安排年度职工体检。


Commercial Insurance reimbursement.


商业保险医疗理赔。


Work Injury Accident Declaration.


工伤事故申报。



5 Training培训


Arrange internal training and external training, and update the training implementation table.


安排内训,外训,并更新培训实施表。





6 Other其他

Employee satisfaction survey.


员工满意度调查。


Regular collection of suggestion boxes.


定期收集意见箱的建议。



(Backup) organize, plan and arrange corporate cultural activities, such as travel, New Year's Eve, birthday and so on.


(后补)公司文化活动的组织、策划及安排 ,如旅游、年夜饭、生日等。
