责:
1. General site HR support: employee relationship, onboarding & offboarding, labor contract management etc.

2. Work with other HR to ensure all HR activities will be completed

3. Maintain and update leave database, p-file etc.
管理和更新请假系统,员工档案等
4. Prepare monthly reports

要求:
1. College Degree and above
大专以上学历
2. 2-yr and above HR experience with knowledge of China Labor Law and local regulations
2年左右HR相关工作经验,熟悉劳动法和相关政策
3. Good proficiency with MS-Office & office facilities
擅长Office办公软件
4. Proactive, solid, responsible
主动,可靠,有责任心
5. Good communication skill with sense of keeping confidential
良好的沟通能力,注重保密性
6. Good at working under pressure and time management
有一定抗压能力和时间管理能力
