Responsibility:
Customer complaint, quick response and effective communication with customer, internally coordinate with relative functions to investigate root cause and improve it, submit 8D to customer
Work with engineering and production to improve process quality
Follow up ECR’s (engineering changes)
Rollout quality methods and tools to improve ability of quality assurance
Implementation of product audit plan, work with team for problem solving and follow up corrective actions
Coaching or leading for process FMEA, follow up the open actions, to ensure a quality firewall installed in production process
Required:
a) Education学历:
Bachelor degree or equivalent, mechanical or engineering background preferred
Minimum 5 years work experience
b) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:
Written and read English
Strong quality awareness and execution power
Good team work spirit
The knowledge of quality tools/ methodology
At least 1 years working experience in automotive field
