Employee process and Reports
1, Temp. Transfer to HC employee follow up
2, Follow up Probation process monthly
3, Regular employee termination process
4, Non-merck/Intern exit follow
5, Provide C&B position details after PAQ
Notification preparation
1, Letter prepare: Promote, etc.
Support in reporting and analysis
1, HC and Org-chart
2, NMP Vender
3, TCP, Panel Promotion information provide
4, Consolidate work: Training, Medical
Innovation Project
Apply for projects and will do it timely.
Other work assigned
1, Admin and Finance support
2, others tasks: provide info. to others.
3, other projects: Employee Hand Book, Winner's Club, etc.
4, Other Special Case: P-file, collect surveys/employee handbook, etc
Objective:
1. Fully support HRBP Manager and hiring managers on daily work timely and with high quality
2. Support HRBP more on reports
3. Participate in some projects if possible such as Innovation
Requirements:
o Strong communication skills as team player & process driver
o Be highly responsible and proactive
o Good command of writing English, CET-6
o MS excel, word, ppt;
o No strict requirement on major, Human Resource major is preferred
o Adaptive and could work well under pressure
o Patient, and good at handling diversified assignments carefully in an organized way
