涂装维修班组长

职位描述

岗位职责：?

Resolve the automation equipment problems in production line, guarantee its normally operation.

解决生产线设备的问题,确保正常生产

· Sum up the problem, cause and solution during automation production, accumulate technical experience and upgrade the whole team competence and ability to resolve problems.

收集生产线出现的问题,原因及解决措施,积累技术经验,提高维修团队的问题解决能力

· Manage the equipments maintenance document.

管理设备维修保养文件

· Coordinate the production line operation, increase the equipments operation rate.

协调生产团队,提高设备的开动率.

· Complete the equipment inspection and maintenance, compile and implement equipment management document so on.

完成设备检查和维修工作, 编写和执行设备管理文件等.

· Lead the group to analysis the MTR and potential issues to increase equipment reliability and reduce maintenance cost.

领导维修团队分析MTR和潜在的问题, 从而提高设备的可靠性, 降低维保成本.

· Lead the group to create the spare part.

领导维修团队建立备件库

· Assist maintenance manager to manage assets and control maintenance cost, etc.,(including material, manpower, energy, etc)

辅助维修经理管理资产和控制维修成本(包括材料,人力成本,能源,等)

· Lead maintenance team to implement maintenance related EHS programs and procedures, ensure employee and equipment safety, check and evaluate risk and make action plan to avoid risk.

领导维修团队执行EHS,确保员工和设备的安全,检查和评估风险,从而制定计划避免风险

· Lead energy saving programs.

领导进行能源节省计划

· Coach, train and develop maintenance team, continuously improve their maintenance skill and capability.

指导, 培训和发展维修团队, 持续提高他们的维修技能和能力

· Lead and motivate a team to work towards a higher target.

领导和激励维修团队向着更高的目标.

· Complete other assigned work in time

岗位要求：

Education: vocational high school or degree above

学历：中专及以上学历

Majored in mechanism/ electric or other related speciality.

机械或电气类相关专业

Have basic mechanical ,electrical technical knowledge

具备基本的机械，机电原理知识；

3 + years working experience, with at least 1 years team leader working experience;

三年及以上的维修工作经验,其中至少一年的班组长管理经验

Automotive experience/education is a plus.

有汽车厂工作经验或汽车专业

Be able to work independently and coach other team members

能够独立工作并指导团队其他成员

Rich experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

丰富的机械、电气维修工作经验

Need a critical and analytic ability

需要具备判断和分析能力

Basic knowledge about MS-office tools as Excel, word, PPT.

具备Excel, word, PPT.常用办公软件基本知识

Good communication and team work spirit, strong sense of responsibility.

有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，责任心强

Able to work efficiently under high pressure.

能在高压高效地工作。
