CMM Technical Operator 三坐标测量技师

职位描述

Perform measurement operation according to measuring plan from team leader.
按照测量计划执行测量任务.
?Implement routine checks for measurement and related equipment, and secure equipment is in good condition.
按照要求执行测量及相关设备的点检, 并确保设备处于良好状态.
?Adjust CMM fixture according to specification and fix problem of CMM fixture.
参照规范调整三坐标检测支架, 并修正检测支架问题.
?Record and analyse the measuring result.
记录并分析测量结果.
?Test and debug new measurement programs.
对测量程序进行编制，验证和测试.
?Create measuring CAD models.
负责测量模型的建立.
?Assembly equipment verification and measurement.
负责生产夹具的验证和测量.
?Feedback and report issues of measurement in time.
及时反馈测量问题.
?Support geometry documentation and 5S management.
负责尺寸控制工作的文件管理和5S管理
?Junior college or above.
大专及以上学历
?Majored in machinery or computer is preferred.
机械或计算机专业优先
?CMM measurement experience is preferred.
有三坐标测量经验者优先
?Automobile industry experience is preferred.
有汽车行业经验者优先
?Good English reading & writing.
较好的英语读写能力
?Good computer and MS office skills
熟悉计算机操作, 熟悉MS office软件的使用
?Be familiar with PC-DMIS and PCC
熟悉PC-DMIS及PCC操作
?Be familiar with CM4D and WORKCELL
熟悉CM4D及WORKCELL的操作
?Be familiar with CMM fixtures.
熟悉检测支架
?Be familiar with CAD drawing.
熟悉CAD图纸
?Crane operation license.
有行车操作证
