Key job tasks include but not limited to the following:

1. Recruitment. To find right person to fill the position timely and seek continuous improvement on recruitment tools and channel to be efficiency.
招聘:及时准确地为岗位搜寻匹配合适的人选,改进招聘方式和渠道。
2. Training. Support training programs, e.g. training needs collection / planning / enrollment / logistics / implementation / report and improvement.
培训:协助进行员工培训,例如,培训需要的收集/计划制定/招聘/后勤/执行/报告和改进。
3. C&B. Support HR manager to conduct annual C&B programs; Be responsible for handling the employment procedures for new hire & terminations and internal transfer processes; Managing and maintain the personal data in SAP system; Responsible for local employees’ files filing, payroll file filing and other HR filing systems; Attendance record and management; Ensure timely payment and accuracy and prepare payroll related reports; Accountable for payroll and employee benefit related questions; Work with HR Vendors for social benefits administration and other personnel management & services.
