1. 工厂办公室家具日常管理、采购、年度盘点等工作;
Responsible for Management, purchase and making stocktaking yearly of office’s furniture and plant’s equipment.
2. 公司公务车、班车的管理;
Responsible for the management of official vehicles and shuttle bus.
3. 协助HR部门同事完成相应人事工作;
Assisting HR in corresponding HR works.
4. 工厂餐厅、保洁及日常管理工作及绩效考核;
Daily management and performance assessment for dining room and cleaning service.
5. 其他需要协助的行政工作.
Other admin works.
任职要求:
1. 大学专科及以上学历,熟练地使用办公软件;
College degree or above, and skilled in office-software.
2. 至少两年相关工作经验;
A least 2 years related working experience.
3. 流利的英文听说读写能力;
Fluent in English.
4. 抗压能力强,具体良好的团队协作能力。
Ability of working under pressure and cooperation.
