Quality Engineer-CMM 三坐标测量工程师

职位描述

Key responsibilities:
1, Abide by company's safety and health policies and related rules and regulations
2, Responsible for organizing the CMM geometric measurement, and data statistical analysis and report
3, Be responsible for organizing the measurement and debugging for manufacturing fixtures
4, Be responsible for solving technical problems in CMM detection
5, Be responsible for organizing the daily maintenance for the equipment or facilities in the CMM area
6, Confidentiality for the Testing technology and be responsible for "5S" in the working area
7, Responsible for the writing of the measurement procedures, debugging
8, Other task assigned by the leader

1）遵守公司有关安全和健康的规章制度和政策。
2）负责组织公司CMM几何量测量，以及数据的统计分析和报告。
3）组织工装夹具的测量及调试。
4) 负责解决CMM检测中的技术问题。
5) 组织CMM区域设备、设施的日常维护和保养。
6) 测试技术的保密及工作区域“5S”。
7) 负责测量程序的编写、调试工作。
8) 完成领导安排的其他工作任务。
Qualification:
1,Min. 3 years experiences in automotive& supplier industries
2, Familiar with TS16949
3, Good knowledge of physical and chemical metrology. Familiar with national technical standards of the state's "measurement Law" and the relevant professional
4, Skilled use of UG and the commonly used office software, good computer operation skills
5, Familiar with the operation and maintenance knowledge of CMM, precision instrument and equipment and electric control system
6, With the programming and debugging capabilities, able to solve technical problems in the test
7, Have strong ability of data statistics, analysis, and system development
1,有三年以上汽车行业工作经验
2, 熟悉TS16949等质量管理体系
3. 良好的理化计量测试知识。熟悉国家“计量法”和相关专业的国家技术标准
4. 熟练使用UG及常用的办公软件，具有良好的计算机操作能力
5.熟悉CMM和精密仪器及设备以及电控系统的操作和维护
6.具有编程调试能力，能解决测试中的技术问题
7.有较强的数据统计、分析和系统开发能力
