Welding Engineer焊接工程师

职位描述

Set up the welding system, compile the welding process, control and improve the welding quality, ensure the company, product and workshop technical specifications and system timely, accurately implemented in the shop, to achieve stability of the welding quality.
建立本车间的焊接质量体系，编制焊接工艺文件，负责焊接质量控制和提升工作，以实现公司、生产部及车间的焊接技术规范和制度能在本车间及时、准确地得到落实，从而保障本车间的焊接质量稳定可靠。
1. Compile and implement the welding process documents. Be responsible for the release and changing of welding document, and keep it effective, complete correct and unified; monitor the implementation with related sufficient action plan.编制、执行各焊接工艺文件，负责车间内焊接文件的发布及更改工作，确保工艺文件的有效、完整、正确和统一；检查并监督焊接工艺的执行情况，落实相应的整改措施。
2. maintain and upgrading the welding quality system:
ensure the effective operation of the welding system in body shop, ensure the completion of the welding quality targets, be responsible for the formulation of the corrective and preventive measures, and the verification work.确保焊接体系的有效运行，确保焊接质量指标的完成，负责本车间内纠正和预防措施的制订、实施和跟踪验证工作。
3. Be responsible for the optimization of the welding process.负责车间内焊接工艺的优化和改进。
4. welding problem handling:
Provide the technical support of the welding equipments, formulate the maintenance plan of the welding equipment, prepare and manage the welding spare parts list.负责对车间内焊接故障处理提供技术支持，负责焊接设备维护计划的制订及焊接类备件清单的制订与维护。
5. participate the design and debug of the new project welding system with the colleague of related area.参与新车型项目实施过程中的焊接设计选型和调试。
6. Data management:
Manage the welding equipment drawing, welding process data and the maintenance manual, etc.
资料管理：
负责焊接设备的图纸、工艺数据及维护手册的管理。
7. Manage and optimize the welding parameter, including spot welding, laser welding, stud welding etc.
负责焊接参数的维护和优化，包括点焊，激光焊，螺柱焊等。
Bachelor degree, Welding, Automation or other related major 本科学历，焊接类、自动化类相关专业。
More than 4 years of working experience, including at least 2y welding experience.4年以上工作经验，其中至少2年焊接类相关工作经验。
Field of welding and quality management experience is preferred
