Key responsibilities:
1. Stick to safety regulations of body shop, participate in all kinds of safety activities, including PPE and Lockout rules.严格遵守车间的各项安全制度，正确穿戴劳防用品，严格执行安全锁定流程。 
2. Compile and manage the maintenance process of body shop, including
preparation and implementation of various maintenance process documents, be responsible for the issuance and changing management to ensure effective and active process documents, completed, corrected and aligned; monitor the process and implementation with effective corrective action plan. 编制、执行各类工艺文件，并负责车间内的维修类工艺文件的发放及更改等工作，确保工艺文件的有效、完整、正确和统一；检查并监督工艺纪律执行情况，落实相应的整改措施
3. improvement and optimization of the machinery functions:
Organize and implement the improvement and optimization of the machinery system of the body shop, and reduce the maintenance cost and improve the stability and reliability of the machinery system.
车间机械设备性能的优化改进：
组织并实施车间的机械性能的优化与改进，降低营运成本并提高系统的稳定性与可靠性。
4. Respond and solve the mechanical breakdown on site:
Provide technical support of the mechanical breakdown to the maintenance worker, formulate the maintenance plan of machinery, prepare and manage the mechanical spare parts list.
现场故障响应与处理：
对车间内机械设备故障处理提供技术支持，负责机械设备维护计划的制订和机械备件清单的制订与管理。
5. Participate the design and installation of the new project machinery system with related area..参与新车型项目实施过程中的机械设计和安装。
6. Data management:
Manage the equipment mechanical drawing, lubrication and the maintenance manual, etc.
资料管理：
负责机械设备的机械图纸、资料、润滑和维护手册等的管理。
Qualification:
Bachelor degree, machinery or other related major 本科学历，机械类相关专业。 
More than 2 years of mechanical design experience.二年以上工作经验，
