供应商技术支持白车身冷冲压工程

职位描述

职位职责描述：

根据部门工作职责，负责外包冲压件供应商的工装开发和量产工装管理，支持团队解决工装方面的工作。
According to Department responsibility, Be responsible for stamping supplier tool development and production tool management, and support STA BIW engineer to resolve issues related to vendor tooling

主要工作内容：

? 主导收集供应商的选点质量数据，准备SSQE并参与零件选点
Lead support for sourcing quality collection and prepare SSQE and attend supplier selection with purchasing.
? 根据GPDS供应商管理手册参与供应商新项目开发的团队评估工作，确保团队评估按照APQP/PPAP要求进行并及时跟踪解决所有团队评估open问题；
Participate in team evaluations for suppliers according to GPDS supplier engagement process, make sure team evaluations comply with APQP/PPAP requirement and all open issue can be closed on time.
? 参与新项目各阶段的装车事件，牵头让供应商解决所有与装车有关的质量问题，例如：FCPA、精致工艺、DCIS问题、AIMS等内外部顾客质量问题。确保供应商零件按照开发计划达到PSW要求并对零件签署PPAP文件；？ 
Involve in new model launch build events, lead supplier to resolve all related internal or external customer quality issue, e.g FCPA,Craftsmanship, DCIS issue or AIMS issue.Make sure supplier part quality meet with PSW requirement according to development timing plan and sign off PPAP documentation on time. 
? 按照福特Q1 MSA要求对各供应商现场做Q1制造场地评估，确保供应商零件制造现场满足Q1要求，并且持续改进；
Conduct Q1 MSA assessment at each of supplier manufacturing site according to Q1 requirement, make sure each site meet with Q1 requirement and keep improvement.
? 根据FMEA、控制计划和作业指导书要求对供应商制造现场进行工艺一致性确认，确保量产零件尺寸稳定性持续性提升，同时根据CAF各车型APW\MPW要求确保各生产线产能满足CAF的装车需求；
Conduct supplier part process compliance confirmation according to requirement of FMEA, control plan and operator instruction sheet, continually improve the production part dimensional stability and push forward supplier’s production capacity of each model meet with CAF APW/MPW requirement. 
? 对各供应商各项目及时做经验教训总结。
Provide Site Lessons Learned to Program and Suppliers on timely manner.

任职资格：

最低学历要求:本科
外语要求:
工作年限:0
其他任职资格:最低学历要求 Education Background：冲压或焊接或车辆等相关专业大学本科及以上学历；
Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree with Stamping or welding or vehicle related speciality;
工作年限Working Experience：三年及以上汽车或相关行业工作经验;Three years or above working experience in auto industry.
外语要求Language Skill：较强的英语听、说、读、写能力; Good command of English with listening, oral, read and written;
专业要求Professional Requirement：有冲压或焊接或车辆等相关专业的知识；having enough stamping or welding and vehicle related knowledge;熟悉冲压模具/焊接夹具/零件检具设计和结构know about the stamping and welding tooling process design and tooling structure clearly; 熟悉 5大质量工具Familiar with 5 major quality tools.
