模具项目工程师

职位描述

工作职责：

1、新项目的模具合同评审及报价；

New project plastic tools contract review and quotation.

2、新项目的模具立项以及模具设计开始前参与模具结构设计评审；

New project kick-off and organize mold design review meeting with customer or related department.

3、负责模具项目日常管理工作，并将模具信息及时报备给上级负责人和部门经理；

Responsible to tooling develop control, report the tooling progress to customer and project leader.

4、控制供应商加工制造的质量和交货周期,组织模具供应商送样报告的确认和批准工作；

Control tooling supplier fabricating quality and lead-time. Organize to check and approval tooling supplier reports.

5、负责模具供应商纠正/预防措施的跟踪和品质提升；

Responsible to control tooling supplier correction & prevent, and continuous quality improve.

6、对有高风险和影响公司的信誉或者公司成本，及时向上级提出预警；

Highlight the risk, company's credit standing and high cost of tooling projects to management in time.
