职位描述

1.负责研发项目研发工作,按时按质完成研发项目中分配的任务

  Responsible for research and development work on R&D project, ensure  assigned tasks accomplish on time with good quality

2.根据项目技术要求，提供解决方案

   According to project technical reqirements, develop feasible solution

3.负责产品的2D/3D设计

   Responsible for product 2D/3D design 

4.负责概念验证实验设计,样品的制作和测试，确保方案符合项目技术要求

  Responsible for concept verification, prototype making and testing, ensure the solution meet the project technical requirements

5.依照流程,使用6 Sigma工具分析问题,解决问题

   Using 6 sigma tools to analyze and solve problems according to procedure

6.在相关技术领域有所创新

  Innovate in relevant technology area

7.为现有产品的持续改进、精益生产的提供及时有效技术支持

    Provide effectively teachnical support for existed product lean and continue improvement in timely manaer

8.协助领导指导技术员,助理工程师工作,协助其完成任务

  Assist leader coach others, support them finish their tasks
