主要工作职责:
1、 综合评估项目的周期,投资和利润等
Evaluation on project life cycle/ investment and profit margin etc;
2、若必要,重新定义和调整组织内工作结构以配合项目开发需要;
Define and finetune work structure in organization to meet the project development requirement
3、发起和执行项目相关的管理程序
Initialize and implement the project management process
4、计划并在项目出现偏差时确保顺利实施;
Plan and ensure project running smoothly
5、成本预算,成本控制;
Budget plan and Cost control;
6、 组建项目小组,协调内部冲突,激励小组成员
Team forming and leading, cooperation, encouragement;
7、 风险的识别和控制,相应的分析和管理计划;
Risk Identification and risk control, emergency plan;
8、 协调内部和外部资源使问题有效应对;
Organize the internal/external resource to solve problem efficiently
9、与业务和项目小组一同,负责重要客户的管理;
Key account management together with BD
10、 领导并支持项目工程师的工作,监控主要项目进度,确保顺利实施;
Monitor and support project engineer's work to ensure the successful realization of products
11、 负责项目整个产品生命周期的管理;
Responsible for product life management.
