制定并实施质量控制计划，实现公司质量目标。

Set up and implement quality control plan to meet the company quality target

2) Job Specific Comments:工作内容

建立健全质量部

Establish and improve the quality department

设立，实施和不断提高质量的政策和制度（TS16949 ＆ISO 14000等）

Establish, implement and continuously improve the quality policy and system (TS16949 & ISO14000)

界定各种内部审计的时间表，保证有效地执行

Set up internal audit time schedule and ensure implementation effectively

训练和培养高素质的工作人员

Training and cultivating high quality staff

供应商的质量控制和发展

Control and improve supplier’s quality
