 蒂森克虏伯在南京江宁科学园投资1.9亿美圆独资建立一家新工厂-蒂森克虏伯发动机零部件(中国)有限公司。该工厂将安装锻造和机加工生产线，主要生产适用于欧IV以上排放要求的中重型车用柴油发动机的曲轴和连杆。厂于2010年12月奠基.已经于2012年9月投产。

在过去两年半时间里，我们取得了众多卓越的成绩。在这片十九万平方米的土地上，我们建起了一座超现代化的工厂， 其中1.25万吨压机令人瞩目，年产量高达34.5万根曲轴，可广泛用于卡车、建筑设备、轮船、应急发电机和其它各种工业设备当中。这一项目的实施完全遵循了我们“安全第一”以及“合规”的原则。同时，本厂将提供大约650个就业岗位。

    ThyssenKrupp is investing 190 MUSD to build up a new fully owned plant - ThyssenKrupp Engine Components (China) in Nanjing Jiangning Science Park. The company will operate state of art forging and machining facilities for crankshafts and connecting rods for Mid-Range and Heavy-Duty engines meeting the requirements of EURO IV and above. With the laying of foundation stone in December 2010, Production has started in October 2012.

A lot has been achieved in the past two and a half years. In an area of 190,000 square meters an ultra-modern production plant has been built with production of 345,000 crankshafts a year for trucks and construction equipment as well as for ships, emergency generators and other industrial applications. A particular highlight at the plant is the 12,500 ton press. The project has been fully executed in accordance with our top priority, Safety, and our Compliance principles. Around 650 people will be employed on site.
