职位描述

1 安排日常发货事宜； Arrange daily delivery

2 定期和客户及生产部确认生产情况及出货计划； Regularly check with operations and communicate delivery schedule to customer;

3 定期更新客户订单，与相关部门确认原材料及产能状况，并将缺料信息反馈给客户并协调提出解决方案 Regularly update PO and release record, verify available raw material and production capacity availability, feedback shortage information to customer.

4 关注原材料库存及进料状况，及时与客户协调生产计划避免造成客户停线； Focus on raw material inventory and the status of the feed, coordinate with customer production plan in time to avoid causing customer stop line

5 及时将发货单和客户开票信息整理给财务，并跟踪及时开票及货款回收； In a timely manner to invoice and customer information of make out an invoice to finance, and follow up timely make out an invoice and payment collection

6 分析客户订单变化，并与客户保持沟通关于订单变化的管理，适时通知相关人员客户需求变化。 Timely analysis customer order change and keep communication with customer on order fluctuation, inform related order information to related departments Sales support

7 销售台账, 每月销售报告整理及制作； Sales ledger timely, and make the monthly sales reports and production

8 日常客户邮件跟踪 Daily customer email follow up

9 新项目信息收集，报价，后续情况的跟踪，样品订单处理及出货安排 Collect new project information, process RFQ, prepare quote, process sample orders and arrange delivery.

10 产品年度价格整理 Clear up the annual product prices

11 客户投诉反馈给相关部门，及时安排退货和补货 Customer complaint feedback to related departments, arrange refund and replenishment in time.

12 上级安排的其它工作 Other work arranged by superior.
