Report to上司职位：     Vx Demand & Supply Planning Leader

Role Purpose 职位目标：

Improve supply ability through coordinating with manufacturer base on business strategy and consensus forecast.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：

1. Demand planning management

- Update monthly actual data and find the gap between business target and actual to seek Vx  team’s alignment on action plan.

- Collect monthly sales forecast from Marketing team and make preparation for Pre-DRM meeting. Communicate with Finance partner, marketing team, commercial team,etc. to align monthly Consensus Forecast.

- Escalate yearly allocation request to GDRM if any change

- Be responsible for the Supply Chain monthly reporting to the management. Analyze the KPIs performance and highlight any issues.

- Submit the write off estimation by monthly to finance and find constructive solution to minimize write off cost.

2. Supply planning management

 - Maintain vendor and product’s information in system.

- Monthly update to manufacturer for the monthly Consensus forecast

- Join the regular meeting with GMS

     - Timely place Purchase Request base on aligned supply phasing for Belgium convert into PO in ERP

 system

-Timely get the information which may impact supply and find the way to eliminate any barriers to ensure sufficient and steady supply.

- SKU code creation and follow up for new product

- Participate the preparation activities for new product launch to make sure successful product launch on time, e.g. agree and improve the timeline, system set up, etc.

3. Formulate SOPs of all relevant supply & logistic processes and make sure the implementation.

- Set up the SOPs regarding demand and supply planning.

- Do regular self-audit compared with effective SOPs.

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in medicine

• More than 3 years commercial operation experience

• Skill and competency: Conscientious, Strong communication skill ,Analytical skill, and self-motivated
