This is a rare opportunity for a mid-level recruiter to step up into a critical role as the senior recruiter for a top tier pharmaceutical company. This role will enable you to take full ownership and responsibility for stakeholder engagement across business units and support functions of the client account.

Key responsibilities:

• Building strong expertise in the client organization and establishing partnership with stakeholders as their trusted advisor.

• Managing stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers and heads of businesses.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment process; candidate sourcing/screening/shortlisting, driving business-candidate interviews, decision making and hire approval processes.

• Maximizing usage of direct sourcing channels and filling vacancies efficiently as defined by SLAs / KPIs.

• Generating timely and accurate data/metrics on recruitment activities and providing meaningful reporting to management.

• Providing up-to-date, accurate and value-adding market intelligence to the client.

• Managing relationships and performances of external recruitment vendors where necessary.

The successful incumbent:

You will be an innovative, resourceful and versatile professional who is keen to develop a long term career with an award winning, global RPO brand. In addition, we are looking for the following attributes in our senior consultant:

• At least 4+ years hands-on recruitment experience, medical and R&D roles recruiting experience in pharmaceutical industry would be preferred

• Experience of coaching less experienced recruiters and/or researchers

• Experience of operating in demanding, professional and data-driven environments

• Strong understanding and track record in direct sourcing channels within China

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English

• Degree level qualification from an accredited university / institution
