投资总监

职位描述

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform qualitative and quantitative research, tech scouting & sourcing investment opportunities for startup companies with state-of-the-art technologies

- Lead all aspects of deal execution including market and financial due diligence, structuring and contract negotiation; Deal Organization, Due Diligence, Valuation, Negotiation, etc.

- Network with the related industrial personnel to build a strong pipeline of potential investment opportunities; External CV, CVC, Accelerators, etc.

- Analyze & research for cutting-edge tech start-ups and industry related technology trends

- Provide ad-hoc report on HQ demand

- Closely cooperate with Open Innovation Team in HQ for tech scouting and investment by leading & managing China Open Innovation Team

FOREIGN LANGUAGES:

- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese

- Korean (Preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Master's degree in engineering or economics & finance with excellent academic credentials

- 5+ years’ experience in either venture capital, corporate venture capital, or corporate finance (e.g., M&A)

- Possibly with previous experience in a big internet enterprises like BAT, including Baidu, Alibaba and Tencent (Preferred)

- Knowledge of start-up industry in China

- Extensive analytical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English

- Verbal and written communication skills in Korean (preferred)

- Study & work experience in Korea or Korean based companies (preferred)

- Experience in automotive industry (preferred)
