职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the material selection and design for manuacture based on customer drawing, specification and requirements

• Responsible for sample made, yield control and product improvement

• Responsible for new product development based on customer requirement and productizing

• Create support documentation for new programs, including tooling, material, production detail, assembly, and test fixture drawings.

• Provide support to other department or customer by creating CRRNs or PCN for quick turnaround and checking CRRNs or PCN generated.

• Costing and BOM setting for new products

• Customer complain support, root cause analyze and problem solution

Job Descriptions:

• IPC standard, TS16949 and 5 quality tools' understanding and implement in daily work.

• Familiar with CAM 350, Auto CAD, 3D design, solid work or trace layout will be preferred

• Knowledge and experiece in PCBA, FPCA design is preferrred

• Good ethic, Responsibility, Execution, Team work spirit, Possess excellent follow through skills, Self Governing, Strong analytical skills, attentive to detail
