精益生产专员

职位描述

素质要求Requirement

1. 具有良好的外语读写能力，具有优秀的组织管理能力，有良好的形象和人格。

Good command of foreign language (in terms of reading&writing either in English or German), possess good management competence; nice appearance and personality;

2. 掌握车灯模具开发程序及工艺流程。具有一定的生产问题处理能力。
Good command of product development process and process flow, possess problem solving competence to certain extent;
3. 思维清晰、处事冷静，能有效处理生产中的任何突发事件。
Clear-minded, calm, able to effectively handle any emergency in production;
4.了解质量体系，了解VDA6.4等标准及流程。
Familiar with quality system, acquainted with standards & procedures such as VDA6.4
5. 具有熟练的设计、编程软件及办公软件操作能力。
Proficient in design software & MS office;
6. 了解ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001基础知识
Know basic knowledge of ISO9001, ISO 14001,ISO 45001.

岗位职责Responsibility

1.熟悉模具加工工艺与车间工作流程

Familiar with tooling manufacture process and shop floor working process
2.熟悉所有机器设备的各种性能
Familiar with all machine performance and function
3. 精益改善、优化生产流程，提升生产整体生产效率
Improve lean production, optimize production process, improve production efficiency
4. 监督工艺、计划、设备操作标准，规范运行，提高生产技术水平
Monitor process, planning, machine operation standard, standardize operation, improve production technical level
5. 组织各班组优化改进培训，提高员工的改进意识。
Organize each team for training in terms of optimization, improve awareness of employees
6. 记录优化改进中的各个环节，编写案例，建立优化档案。
Record each step in optimization, make cases learning and build up optimization documentation
7. 现场加工问题反馈的前期优化控制及后期跟踪
Optimizing & control in preliminary period and track in post period if issues in manufacture
8. 监督生产现场5S，各种看板规范管理工作，提升公司形象
Monitor shop floor 5S and bulletin board management, improve the image of company

Track and optimize each production data
3.生产设备、人员的调动建议权
Have right to advice staff transfer and equipment transfer
4.对生产环节的人员绩效考核有建议权
Have right to advice for staff performance evaluation in each group
