POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述
Responsible for make and update production planning.
负责生产计划的制定与维护。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
1. Responsible for make master production schedule according OEM’s order, production forecast and inventory information of 3rd party logistic, and to review the schedule as a member;
负责根据主机厂的订单/生产预测/第三方物流库存信息制订主生产计划计划，并参与评审；
2. Responsible for supervision the implementation of OEM’s actual production quantity, finished goods inventory and delivery schedule, and adjust production planning timely;
负责监控主机厂实际生产数量/成品库存/交付计划的执行情况，适时调整生产计划；
3. Compile delivery schedule according OEM’s order and stock plan;
根据客户订单及备货计划，编制发货计划；
4. Coordinate between Production Department and Transportation Company to ensure product delivered to OEM on time, when unforeseen circumstances happen in delivery;
当成品供货过程中发生意外情况时，协调生产和运输以保证主机厂生产不停线；
5. Responsible for analysis different customers’ demands, make reasonable safety inventory of finished product and adjust it timely, push dealing with inactive stock;
负责分析不同客户的需求，合理制订和调整成品安全库存，并推动呆滞库存的处理；
6. Keep good relationship and communicate with OEM’s material planner, make sure both sides passed information timely;
与主机厂物料计划员保持良好的关系和顺畅的沟通，以保证双方信息高效快速传递。
7. Achieve any other tasks assigned by the superior.
完成领导交付的其他工作。

QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
1. College degree or above, major in logistic or production management related field is best;
专科学历及以上，物流或生产管理专业***；
2. Over 1 years production planning related working experience in manufactory industry;
一年以上制造行业生产计划工作经验；
3. Must be versed in OFFICE software, familiar with at least a ERP software, have SAP software using experience is a plus;
熟练使用 Office办公软件，熟悉一种以上ERP软件，有SAP使用经验者优先；
4. Have knowledges of logistic management or production management is a plus;
具备仓储管理、生产管理等方面知识更佳；
5. Carefully and patience, hardworking spirit;
做事细心认真, 吃苦耐劳；
6. Basic English skill.
具备基本英语听说读写能力。
