注塑生产主管

职位描述

Responsible for organize production according to the production plan, and tracking the daily production complete status;

按注塑生产计划组织生产并追踪生产计划的完成情况；

Analysis the daily/weekly/monthly production data and provide the reasonable improvement proposal;

生产日别，周别，月别数据分析，并提出合理改善；

Responsible for deployment the mold shop operator employees in case of the absenteeism;

负责注塑车间生产员工缺勤情况下的岗位调配；

Responsible for material management of production site, including confirm the production material before production, deal with deficient materials and etc.

现场物料管理，包括生产前物料确认，来料不良处理等

Responsible for organize on-job training for new employee and old staff translation, also in charge of updating the on-job skill chart timely;

新员工技能培训及老员工换岗培训，以及岗位技能图更新；

Responsible for 5S supervision, inspection, improvement, implementation in assembly production site;

现场5S监督，检查，改善、实施；

Take care of the issues arising in production timely, continuous reduce the production cost;

及时处理生产中的异常，持续降低生产成本；

Responsible for EHS related check of mold shop, implement company EHS policies with mold Shop Engineer, ensure safety production;

负责注塑车间EHS 检查，与注塑工程师一同推行EHS政策，确保安全生产。

Achieve any other tasks assigned by the Superior.

完成上级领导交付的其他工作任务。

 

任职要求：

College degree or above;

大专及以上学历；

More than 5 year experience in production field management in manufactory industry, Have coating field working background is preferred;

5年以上生产制造型企业生现场管理经验，有制造行业注塑工作背景优先考虑；

Familiar with OFFICE software, such as WORD/EXCEL to produce various types of statements;

熟悉使用OFFICE办公软件，使用WORD/EXCEL制作各类报表；

Working carefully, have good communication skills and coordination ability;

工作细心，有良好的沟通能力和协调能力

Basic English reading and writing ability is also a plus;

具有基本的英语读写能力者优先考虑。
