物流主管

职位描述

岗位职责：

Responsible for warehouse management and coordinate with relevant department;

全面负责仓库管理工作，与相关部门的协调沟通；

Lead warehouse team, including on-job training, implement successor plan, rotation, evaluation for all warehouse staff and so on;

管理仓库团队，包括培训、继任者计划、轮岗、考核等；

Responsible for overall planning the warehouse layout and constant optimize;

负责统筹规划并不断优化仓库布局；

Responsible for supervision of usage and maintenance for software and hardware equipment of warehouse;

监督仓库软硬件设备的使用及维护；

Take master responsibility for the safety of the materials in warehouse, ensure warehouse’s account agree with physical inventory, and flawless operation process;

对仓库物料的安全担负最重要的职责，确保仓库物料帐实相符，操作流程无漏洞；

Organize regular take stock and timely resolve issue found;

组织定期盘点，对盘点中发现的问题进行解决；

 Deal with inactive stock continuously;

持续进行呆滞库存的处理工作；

Approve warehouse staff’s request for overtime, control warehouse cost in a reasonable scope;

负责对仓库人员的加班进行审批，控制仓库其他成本在合理范围内；

Responsible for face with warehouse audit, and rectify problem found in audit;

负责仓库评审的准备工作，并对评审中出现的问题进行整改；

Undertake continuous improvement activities in the scope of responsibility;

在自己所负责的工作范围内积极开展持续改善活动；

Achieve any other tasks assigned by the superior.

完成领导交付的其他工作。

 

任职要求：

Bachelor degree or above, major in logistic or production management related field is best;

本科及以上，物流或生产管理相关专业***；

Min.5 years working experience of automotive area warehouse management in manufactory industry, have experiences for directly lead more than 10 staff;

5年以上汽车零部件领域仓库管理经验, 具有直接领导10名以上员工的经验；

Must be versed in OFFICE software, familiar with at least a ERP software, have SAP software using experience is a plus;

熟练使用 Office办公软件，熟悉一种以上ERP软件，有SAP使用经验者优先；

Master warehouse management skill and familiar with the concept of logistic management;

掌握仓库管理各项技能，熟悉现代物流管理理念；

Steady fellow, patience and carefulness, and have hardworking spirit;

沉着稳重，做事细心认真，吃苦耐劳

Basic English skill.

具备基本英语听说读写能力。
