机械维修工程师

职位描述

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：

1. Responsible for write paint shop’s equipment mechanical part monthly/yearly maintenance plans according TPM requirements, and ensure implementation as planed;

   按照TPM的要求，负责制定喷涂车间设备机械的月度和年度维护保养计划，并确保按计划实施；

2. Responsible for paint shop facilities maintenance training for the staff who is engaged in  equipment maintenance work, and mentor their work;

   负责对设备维修人员进行设备维护管理的培训和指导；

3. Responsible for write equipment spares/ replacement parts’ demand plan, management the spares storeroom and make using record, master the quantity of spares and it’s consumption, make purchasing requisition, keep files for check;

   负责制定设备备品、备件需求计划，并对设备备件的库存与领用进行管理，及时了解配件的库存及消耗，并拟定采购计划，建立文档备案；

    

4. Responsible for paint shop EHS work

   负责喷漆车间EHS工作。

5. Supervise and mentor facilities maintenance staff of paint shop to carry out facilities operation specifications/instruments rigorously;

   督导设备维修人员严格执行操作规程及作业指导书操作；

6. Formulating the safe operation regulations for all managed equipment/facilities;

   制定所管理设备/设施安全操作规程；

7. Formulating the maintenance technical scheme for all managed equipment/facilities;

   制定所管理设备/设施维修技术方案；

8. Provide managed equipment/facilities’ improvement proposal, deal with exiting equipment issue;

   提出所管理设备/设施改造更新（升级）计划及方案，并对现有设备的问题点进行关闭；

9. Analyze the failure reason of facilities, propose solution to reduce facilities’ failure rate;

   对设备故障的原因进行分析，提出纠正措施，降低设备的故障率；

10. Responsible for formulating facilities’ system documents and keep it;

    制定设备相关的体系文件，并负责文档管理；

11. Care about any issues from paint workshop and make related solutions to avoid them happening again;

    能够及时发现部门内各项问题，并及时有效的控制问题再发；

12. Undertake any other tasks assign by the superior;

    完成领导交办的其他工作。

     

QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery or relevant major;

   本科以上学历，机械及相关专业；

2. Min.3 years facility management working experience in manufacturing industry, familiar with painting equipment is a plus;

   三年以上制造行业设备管理工作经验，熟悉喷涂设备优先考虑；

3. Should master the theory of physical structure, have basic experience about solve mechanical failure, mechanical design, machinery maintenance;

   熟悉机械构造原理，有一定机械故障处理、机械设计和机械维护经验；

4. Responsible for project renovation relate to Paint Shop (like equipment renovation), take charge of the maintenance of the paint equipment;

   负责与喷涂车间相关的项目改造（如设备更新），并负责喷涂设备的维护保养；

5. Should familiar with OFFICE software, map-making software like AutoCAD, and other office equipment;

   熟练使用现代化办公软件、AutoCAD等制图软件、办公设备；

6. Studious, strong manipulative skill, responsibility, and initiative;

   勤奋好学、动手能力强，有工作责任心、主动性；

7. Have strong team work spirit, communication and coordinate ability;

   团队合作精神强，有较强的沟通、协调能力。
