岗位职责描述:
Responsible for assist HR Manager to make the training planning;
协助人力资源经理制定培训计划;
Assist HR Manager to make the company’s annual training budget and control the training cost within budget;
协助人力资源经理制定培训预算,并有效地控制培训成本;
Make the new comer orientation training plan and carry out it, undertake the orientation training;
制定并推行新员工入职培训, 并担任内部讲师。
Assist HR Manager to make the company’s annual training plan, control the training cost in the budget, and responsible to carrying out the plan;
协助人力资源经理根据预算制定、实施、跟踪培训计划;
Responsible for formulating the policies relevant with training, and update the policies regularly according the real situation.
编写与培训相关的制度,并根据实际情况定期更新相关制度;
Make up training report and form;
制作培训相关的报告和报表;
Arrange GM's calendar and all aspects of travel;
协调安排总经理的日志和差旅;
Arrange and co-ordinate regular and irregular meetings and draft meeting minutes if necessary;
为总经理安排和协调正式和非正式的会议,并做好必要的会议记录;
Support GM on necessary paper work, including data analysis, reporting, material summary;
辅助总经理做好相关的数据分析,工作报告及资料汇总;
For any problem during job, need to rectify and adopt necessary prevention measure.
针对工作中,发现问题的任何问题应及时进行纠正,并采取必要的预防措施。
Undertake any other tasks assigned by superior;
完成上级交办的其他任务。
QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource, English, management or related major;
本科或以上学历, 人力资源、英语、管理等相关专业;
Should familiar with national personnel policies, laws and regulations;
熟悉国家人事政策、法律法规;
Should be familiar with training tools and method;
熟悉培训的工具和方法;
Have HR procedure document formulating experience is a plus;
具有HR程序文件编写经验者优先;
Min. 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry about training and GM assistant, if have HR full function working experience is the priority;
三年以上生产型企业培训和总经理助理工作经验,工作涉及全面人事模块者优先;
Should proficient in OFFICE software;
熟练运用OFFICE办公软件;
Can work independently, have strong learning ability;
能独立开展工作,学习能力强;
Fluent English skill.
熟练的英文水平。
