Job Responsibilities

• Timely issue invoices and process relative financial treatment within related accounting period; 

• Preform Accounts Receivable accounting posting in ERP accurately and timely;

• Tracking and monitor AR monthly and minimize the bad debt risk;

• Check intercompany reconciliation report;

• Communicate with Share Service Center to complete relative financial process including the credit control procedure, account receivable management;

• Keep a good communication with internal and external stakeholder;

• Perform other duties as assigned or required;

Qualifications

• Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor 

• Major:Accounting or Finance related

• Language skills & proficiency:Good spoken and written English

• Required professional certificates / licences:

• Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies):Have SAP experience and good office software skills；

• Minimum 2+ years working experience in AR accounting area in MNC
