Responsibilities:
1. Lead assembly quality planning activities during new project development period;
2. Implement the inspection plan for assembly quality process;
3. Give training and work guidance to assembly inspectors.
4. Lead problem solving for assembly quality deviations to ensure high product quality;
5. Conduct workstation quality audit;
6. Evaluate technical and engineering changes for stable process implementation;
7. Handle customer complaint, analyse the root cause and take corrective actions.
8. Continuous improvement of assembly process quality.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with major in mechanical engineering;
2. At least 3 years of experience in process quality assurance in a manufacturing environment;
3. Skilfully use the quality tools, like PFMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.
4. Good command of computer and English skills;
5. Independent, flexible and teamwork spirit;
6. Experience on combustion engines or electrical product function test will be a plus.
