装配线工程师

职位描述

Position summary:

Support production, with the precondition of “uncompromised quality”, continues to improve overall equipment efficiency, reduce production cost, and reduce the waste.

Responsibilities：

1. Associate to build up shop floor visualization and related activities

2. Implement and coordinate CIP activities in production

3. People management for CIP operators

4. Troubleshooting with superiors for production related issues

5. Management of operator qualification skill

6. Monitor assembly line efficiency

    

   Requirements:

   1. Four years bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering, technical apprenticeship is preferred

   2. Several years of experience in manufacturing and if possible experience in quality assurance

   3. Knowledge of improvement-process and methods desired

   4. Independently acting, flexible, stress-resistant, practical oriented working method

   5. Good spoken and written English
