持续改善协调员

职位描述

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Ideaplus(employee suggestion system) management and improvement;

• Coordinate company objective and department target management;

• Organize supplier centralized training and related supporting activities;

• Provide support to the continuous improvement activities in different functions;

• Conduct continuous improvement training and spread CI culture;

• Support CI manager for relevant tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above,engineering background is preferred;

• Strong coordinating abilities and good team player;

• Initiative,creative and willing to make changes;

• Good communication skills and fluent English communication;

• Working experience with lean or improvement involvement is a plus
