Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for Ideaplus(employee suggestion system) management and improvement;
Coordinate company objective and department target management;
Organize supplier centralized training and related supporting activities;
Provide support to the continuous improvement activities in different functions;
Conduct continuous improvement training and spread CI culture;
Support CI manager for relevant tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above,engineering background is preferred;
Strong coordinating abilities and good team player;
Initiative,creative and willing to make changes;
Good communication skills and fluent English communication;
Working experience with lean or improvement involvement is a plus
