注塑技师

职位描述

Responsibilities：

1. Ensure the moulding machines and/or accessories working stably, and afford daily technical aids for injection moulding process确保注塑及辅助设备正常运转,为注塑过程提供日常技术支持

2. Assist process engineer for optimizing and maintaining the injection related equipment and tooling in injection section 协助工程师优化和维护注塑车间的注塑设备及模具

3. Execute daily, weekly, monthly, yearly equipment and tooling maintenance plan and evaluation执行车间日，周，月，年度的设备及模具保养计划和评估

4. Archive equipment and tooling relevant documentation 相关设备及模具文件的存档

5. Assist supervisor or engineer to program equipment协助主管人员及工程师规划设备布局

6. Installation and trail run for new equipment and tooling新进设备及模具的安装、和试运行

7. Set up instruction of safety operation for equipment and tooling建立设备及模具安全操作规范

8. Change over process handling执行模具换型过程

9. Parameter setting and adjustment in process过程参数设定及调整

10. Tooling delivery and receipt for tooling repair模具委外维修时的发送与接收

    Requirements:

1. Education background in Mechanical , Hydraulic is referred机械或液压教育背景优先

2. More than 3 years experiences in injection moulding machine ,peripheries and tooling maintenance 3年以上的注塑机，周边辅助设备及模具维护经验

3. Knowledge of injection moulding machine maintenance (especially for injection moulding machine, robots, compressor, dryer, hopper, dehumidifying dryer , temperature chamber, chiller, mould temperature controller, etc.) 懂注塑成型机及周边设备的维护，如:注塑成型机，机械手，空压机，料斗，除湿干燥机，温控，冷冻机，模温机等维护

4. Ability to resolve equipment troubleshooting and find root cause ,set up能够独立解决常见设备异常，发现根本原因

5. Be experienced at tooling change over process有模具换型的经验

6. Be experienced at parameter adjustment for regular trouble shooting有通过调整参数来解决常见问题的经验
