1、Work closely with Site Manager and the project team, supporting them and the project to respect the projects timing 与现场经理、项目团队密切协作，确保项目如期完成

2、 Machining equipment installation and commissioning, to ensure the unity of the auxiliary equipment and machining center system 机加工设备（数控机床）的安装调试，确保辅助设备与加工中心系统的统一

3、Consult with project team to resolve problems in areas such as equipment performance and improve the deliverable quality of the equipment 与项目组协商解决设备性能等方面的问题，提高设备的交付质量

4、 100% follow commissioning internal procedures and commissioning activities check list 完全遵守调试内部章程和调试点检表

5、 Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job in a better/qualified way 以更好/合格的方式决定工作所需的工具和设备

6、Work always 100% in safe conditions to prevent injuries 确保在安全的条件下工作，防止工伤

7、100% follow customer’s or Comau plants policy for environmental, health or safety regulations 完全遵守客户或Comau工厂关于EHS方面的规定

8、Handling installation, power on, update of hardware or software and other  commissioning activities 处理机床安装、开机、硬件或软件更新等调试工作

9、 PLC and CN program modification according to site commissioning 根据现场对PLC和CN程序进行调试修改

10、 Electrical and control training to customer 对客户进行电气和控制方面的培训

11、Travel based on project priorities and customer / supplier locations（ Potentially for extended periods of time） 根据项目优先级和客户/供应商地点出差（可能会持续很长一段时间）

Qualifications

任职要求：

1、Bachelor’s degree in automation or relevant major 自动化专业或相关专业本科以上学历

2、 More than 5 years’ experience in machine commissioning or maintenance, boring machine, milling machine, CNC machine tools or machining center is a plus 5年以上机床调试或维护经验，镗床、铣床、数控机床或加工中心工作经验

3、Familiar with machine installation, commissioning and service 熟悉机器的安装、调试和服务

4、Good knowledge of Siemens CNC, familiar with the control software such as step7, Transline, HMI advance, starter, etc 熟悉西门子数控系统，熟悉step7、Transline、HMI advance、starter等控制软件

5、Familiar with reading and understanding of PLC and NC program 熟练阅读和理解PLC和NC程序

6、Strong ability of fault diagnose and troubleshooting 较强的故障诊断和故障排除能力

7、 Good English both in spoken and written 良好的英语听说读写能力
