? Work closely with Site Manager and the project team, supporting them and the project to respect the projects timing.
? Machining equipment installation and commissioning, to ensure the unity of the auxiliary equipment and machining center system.
? Consult with project team to resolve problems in areas such as equipment performance and improve the deliverable quality of the equipment.
? 100% follow commissioning internal procedures and commissioning activities check list.
? Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job in a better/qualified way.
? Work always 100% in safe conditions to prevent injuries.
? 100% follow customer’s or Comau plants policy for environmental, health or safety regulations.
? Full capability of machine or handling installation, power on, update of hardware or software and other commissioning activities.
? Full capability of PLC and CN program modification according to site commissioning.
? Electrical and control training to customer.
? Providing information to persons inside or outside the organization by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person. representing the organization.
任职要求：
? Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, focused on commissioning or maintenance.
? Bachelor’s degree in automation or relevant major.
? Travel based on project priorities and customer / supplier locations. Potentially for extended periods of time.
? More than 5 years’ experience in machine commissioning or maintenance, boring machine, milling machine, CNC machine tools or machining center is a plus.
? Familiar with machine installation, commissioning and service.
? Good knowledge of Siemens CNC, familiar with the control software such as step7, Transline, HMI advance, starter, etc.
? Full capability of reading electrical & fluid drawing, eplan is a plus.
? Familiar with reading and understanding of PLC and NC program.
? Strong ability of fault diagnose and troubleshooting.
? Good English both in spoken and written.
