维修工程师 Maintenance Engineer

职位描述

岗位职责：

1）宕机率、MTBF、MTTR数据分析及改善

1）Analysis and improve the data of breakdown、MTBF、MTTR

2）设备改造及改善

2）Equipment modification and improvement

3）制造部相关固定资产管理

3）Manage the fixed assets of manufacturing department

4）建立和更新设备使用说明及培训资料库

4）Establish and update equipment instructions and training database

5）制定预修保养计划及跟踪实施

5）Preventive repair and maintenance plan and follow up

6）备件使用管理，降低备件损耗

6）The use and management of spare parts, reduce the loss of spare parts

7）参与新设备引进、跟踪、改善

7）Participate in new equipment purchase tracking improvement

8）领导及参与TPM活动

8） Leading and participate in the activities of TPM

9）与AMC其他职能人员共同处理相关生产线问题

9） Dispose the production line problem with other functions of AMC

10）负责班组管理,技师培养

10）Responsible for team management, technician training

11）其他上级布置的任务

11）Other tasks from his superior

任职要求：

1）熟悉机械原理/结构及部品使用

1）Be familiar with mechanical principal/stricture and the parts used

2）熟悉电器原理及部品使用

2）Familiar with electrical principle and parts used

3）熟悉液压原理及部品使用

3）Familiar with hydraulic principle and parts used

4）熟练使用可编程序控制器（硬件/软件），能够独立运用并修改程序

4）Skillfully use of PLC(hardware/software), use and modify the program independent

5）熟练运用电路图/机械图等

5）Good command of circuit diagram/mechanical drawing etc.

6）熟悉缝纫机原理及部品使用

6）Familiar with the principle of sewing machine and parts used

7）熟练使用Office软件

7）Skilled use of Office software

8）了解视觉系统原理及使用

8）Understanding of the visual system principle and use

9）了解基础网络通信知识及PLC与PC通讯

9）Understand the basic knowledge of network communication and PLC communication with the PC
