□根据招聘流程完成O级员工招聘;
Responsible for recruiting operator according to recruitment process;
□维护HRIS系统人员入职、离职、转正信息,确保数据库信息准确;
Maintain HRIS data correctly for operator;
□监控公司派遣员工人数,及时安排转正,确保派遣员工人数低于公司总人数10%;
Arrange sub-contract operator transfer to contract operator to ensure Sub HCs below than 10% of company total HCs.
□完成O级员工试用期、合同期评估,合同续签;
Responsible for probation and contract review for operator;
□根据公司规定及相关法律法规办理O级员工离职手续;
Responsible for termination process for operator according to company policy and labor law;
□员工考勤统计与周加班报表.
Attendance record consolidation and weekly OT report.
