Roles and Responsibilities:
As one the talent management team members, he/she will need to:
Assistant to GM
Business trip arrangements for General Manager, including ticket / hotel / traffic / expense;
Track and follow related approval process doc. submitted to General Manager;
Support General Manager’s expense settlement;
Arrange and send meeting invitations, meeting minutes taking and delivering for General Manager;
Make arrangement for General Manager’s visitors, including invitation letter, visa application, agenda and reception support such as preparing snacks, fruit and transportations…
Consolidate and summarize monthly operation reports for General Manager;
Admin
Purchase and manage office suppliers, including office stationery, cleaning suppliers, uniform and etc;
Purchase and manage work cloths;
Company car management and car related expenses record. Ensure cost within budget and effective;
Routine plant walkthrough;
Client and visitor reception;
Hotel reservation for internal staffs and external clients
Air ticket reservation and monthly cost settlement.
Responsible for organizing monthly birthday party.
Others
Work close with HR colleagues for all HR related projects.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Relation
Report to HR & Admin Manager, no subordinate, 1 peer in the team;
Cross functional work relationship with all department in NHA
Some interaction with TCH share service team
External interface: various vendors/ government /universities
Performance Appraisal
Result related: HR&Admin department KPI
Behavior related: high motivation of driving things forward with passion; innovative; detailed
Knowledge required:
Approx.1-2 years secretary or administration working experience in a multinational company.
Excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications, such as word, Excel, PPT and etc.
Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
Strong communications and influencing skills.
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin);
