Closure Hardware Manager

职位描述

Requirements:

10 years’ experience for responsibility for Closure design and process management at OEM in product and process organization. Include experience of new vehicle body series development down to SOP: release for tooling, try-out, structure and geometrical quality troubleshooting, sign-off.

Personal Closure design expertise demonstrated in design lead of actual production vehicle(s) meeting high level requirements (structure, crashworthiness, perceived quality…)

Experience of body process engineering responsibility (mainly stamping, assembly) is appreciated

Management experience of Closure engineering department or section in a cross-functional organization.

Experience of CAE engineering (structural analysis, crash simulation) is a plus.

Bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent.

Fluent in English language – written and verbal

Work and live in China (Shanghai)
