岗位目的

Job Purpose

维护和监督公司内部的质量体系标准的运行，协助客户对客户要求的贯彻实施。监督供应商生产过程质量

Maintain and supervise the running of quality system standard in uaes, support customer to implement their requirement，supervise the process quality in supplier production

岗 位 职 责 
Job Responsibilities 
1. 内部过程审核 
根据标准要求制订年度内部过程审核计划，并跟踪不符合项的改进和关闭 
Internal process audit 
Compile yearly internal process audit plan according to standard , and follow up NC improvement and close 
2. 客户审核 
协调和组织客户审核，跟踪客户发现不符合项的措施实施和关闭 
Customer Audit 
Coordinate and support customer audit, follow up action implement that finding by customer and close 
3. 供应商审核 
根据供应商开发工程师的提供的项目计划，对供应商进行过程审核，确保供应商的生产过程是受控稳定的 
Supplier audit 
According to project plan from supplier development engineer, to do process audit, assure the process is control and stable in supplier 
4.培训 
对部门人员的程序文件和作业指导书的培训。和质量工具的介绍培训 
Training 
Train employees about procedure and WI and introduce quality tools to TS 
5. 质量评审 
1). 根据项目协调人的项目计划，制订评审计划 
2). 配合和支持项目协调人按时完成项目进度 
Quality assessment 
1). According to project schedule, make QA plan 
2). Support project coordinator to finish the project in time

学 历 
Education 
工程类专业，本科学历 
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related areas. 
工作经验 
Work Experience 
3 年以上过程审核控制方面的工作经验 
Above 3 years quality control experience 
特殊知识或技能 
Special Knowledge or Skills 
熟悉质量工具及应用; 沟通能力, 汽车行业的质量标准 
Knowledge of quality tools ; Communication skills, knowledge the standard in Automotive industry
