岗位职责:
1. New project issue following and alarm on customer site;
2. Coordinate with customer and magna internally resource for quality trouble shooting;
3. Case investigation when issue happened in customer, including vehicle assembly; Case analysis and make report when quality issue happened;
4. Verified the improving action result on the customer site, and response to the corresponding quality engineer
5. Repairing work on customer site if necessary;
6. Coordinate internally for products repairing if product return from customer;
7. Quality statistic from customer site acc. To the KPI demand;
8. GP12 following if quality case occurred in customer till closing;
9. Cooperation and other work on site if necessary;
10. Other necessary requirement handling if necessary;
工作要求:
1、具有良好的沟通能力,协调能力,能及时处理客户投诉的质量问题;
2、具有良好的应变能力,能及时处理客户现场的质量异常问题,并能及时保持与公司内部的沟通与反馈;
3、大学及以上学历,具有CQE/QE相关工作经验3年或以上;
4、能承受一定的工作压力,有毅力,能吃苦;
5、熟悉质量管理体系TS16949以及APQP/PPAP/SPC/MAS/FEMA等质量管理工具;
6、熟悉塑料件、电镀件、喷漆件等质量管理经验;
7、具有英语读、写能力。
