项目工程师

职位描述

工作职责及内容 Responsibilities:

- Set up and follow up project planning, timely execution of APDS tasks addressed to the plant

- Animation of a cross-functional team supporting the project in the plant

- Interface with development/sales/purchasing teams in China and/or overseas

- Plant readiness including all required manufacturing resources (lines, machines, molds, gauges, procurement, human resources, documentation…)

- Trouble-free product or process transfers from oversea operations to China,

- Good project hand-over with production,

- Lead the customer delivery before SOP, DV and PV parts building, etc

- Lead process release activity according to AS standard

- Effective control of project schedule, quality and budget, and reporting to management

- Lead change management before SOP+90days

- Lessons learned summary after project closed

- Lead VEVA if appointed as VEVA leader

- Support quotation

- Continuous improvement

- Complete the works arranged by department manager

专业技能要求Technical Skill Requirements：

- Ability in project management

- Knowledge of Automotive product / parts / process

- Use and respect standard tool (AS, Customer STD)

- Familiar with APQP/PPAP

- PDCA

- English language

- Japanese or Korean language (not must)

 - Lead team / Timely Report

- Communication/negotiation with internal/external related people

- Drawing readiness
