职位描述

专业知识要求Knowledge required

-Good at using tools such as FMEA,8D,5 Why, Fishbone ;

-Well known about IATF ;

-Good English speaking and writing; good at CAD , MS OFFICE…

-Mechanical design ,mechanical and electrical integration related major;

-More years of relevant working experience in assembly process engineers;

-With SW Assy line development knowledge is preferred；

-Familiar APQP process；

-Communication skills;

-Team-working;

工作内容和职责 Roles and Responsibilities

- Trouble free launch of new products in line with predefined targets

- Animation of a cross-functional team supporting the project in the plant (production, quality, logistic)

- Workout the process documents and updated in time.

- Update BOM in time.

- Interface with project teams in China

- APDS tasks executive and status reporting on time

- APQP follow-up and report,

-To be responsible for production process development and improvement,

-To establish process documents related to Quality and Safety system

-Effective control of project schedule and budget, and reporting to management.

-Train and supervise technicians and operators to standardized operation.

-Production cycle time/line balance define and improve

-DPMU control and improve

- Continuous improvement
