PQE Supervisor 过程质量主管

职位描述

- Lead Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process:

- To analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or ALV concern.

- To communicate and follow up (8D) with CQS according to need.

- To analyze internal ppm, and generate continuous improvement actions (e.g. PDCA, standards, poka-yoke, product changes, RPN reduction)

- Coordinate the disposition and hold of all suspect products (GP12)

- Check if other ALV plants are affected and apply AS 53 (Q Alert)

- Update control plans and ensure that quality planning documentation is always updated (e.g. PFMEA, SWI, visual aids)

- OPI 4 reporting

- Participate in product/process/dock audits (including AS 67)

- Support implementation and maintenance of lessons learned system by active involvement

- Lead PFMEA go and see

- Inspector performance management

- Continuous improvement

专业技能要求：

- Familiar with QS9000, IATF16949 as well as ISO14001.

- Good coordination ability, high spirit of teamwork and high proficiency in English.

- Have experience on 5 tools(MSA, SPC, APQP, PFMEA, PPAP)

- Familiar with 8D and other problem solving tools.

-       At least 3 years working experience in Quality field, preferably in automobile industry
