Provide instant and high quality of support to team on administration work.
Deal with the normal maintenance of the office, communicate with internal customers and external vendors;
Coordinate recruitment event, such as job fair, campus recruiting in terms of documents preparation, logistic arrangement, etc.;
Training related activities preparation;
To organize team meeting or event according to requirements;
Support on HR policy review and keep it with legal compliance.
Ensure that required records and reports are prepared, maintained and issued with good quality and in a time manner.
Keep all internal information as confidential.
To provide support for other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors;
Requirements:
1. University student of relevant major.
2. Good written and verbal Mandarin and English abilities.
3. Strong responsibilities and good abilities to work hard and carefully; Willing to learn, hard work and strong sense of service.
