HR Temp for 6 months.
Support HR Manager with HR related activities.
Assist C&B Manager to handle monthly payroll and C&B related analysis reports.
1. Compensation & Benefits:
1.1 Support in annual planning and budgeting.
1.2 Support in annual Merit review and bonus calculation activities
1.3 Support the implementation of C&B programs in Greater China region.
2. Payroll:
2.1 Assist C&B Manager to handle monthly payroll and related reports.
2.2 Prepares reports on data summaries, changes.
3. HRIS system maintenance
4. Other HR support:
4.1 ITMP goal setting form collection, SIP goal setting form collection
4.2 Salary proposal and offer letter, promotion and communication letter preparation
4.3 Training related report
4.4 Onboarding and exit handling
4.5 Interview arrangement coordination
5. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
任职资格:
1. College’s Degree
2. Analytical skills and problem-solving skill
3. HR basic knowledge;
4. Planning, prioritization and time management skills;
5. Professional Excel skill;
6. Familiar with HRIS and payroll;
7. At least 4 years HR experience. At least 1 year payroll or C&B experience is mandatory.
8. Be good at written English
