主要工作目的 Main Purpose of the Job:
工厂与顾客任何质量事件的接口,并且在工厂推动实施顾客的要求
Be the interface between the customer and the plant for any quality matters, and deploy the customer’s voice into the plant
负责客户质量问题的跟踪,保证客户质量问题得到及时关闭。
To follow customer quality issue ,insure the quality issue closed in time.
主要工作职责 Main Job Responsibility:
1. 质量管理体系和管理责任 Quality management system & management responsibility :
保证工厂的质量的KPI(PPM/顾客抱怨)与顾客目标一致
Ensure that plant quality KPIs (PPM / Customer Complaint) match with the requirements of customers .
回顾与顾客需求相关的质量问题
Check the customer invoices related to quality issues
2. 人员管理 Resource management:
管理驻厂人员(指定的工作)、对其培训
Manage the residents(for delegated activities) at customer premises,to implement training
3. 产品实现 Product realization:
保证所有顾客的需求被内部知道,任何的偏差需要提出申请
Assure that all customers’ requirements are known, applied and still fulfilled when there is a derogation
负责在量产阶段认可限度样
Be responsible for validation of boundary samples if needed during serial life
负责要求顾客正确使用产品
Be responsible that proper use of product is respected by customer
在量产阶段定期检查控制计划的执行状况
Check the control plan application in serial life production periodically.
保证顾客的抱怨在工厂和UAP及时采取措施(D3直到D8)(特别分析和跟踪行动计划)和根据顾客的需求及时将相关的整改信息提
供给顾客。
Ensure that customer complaints are treated by the plant / UAP on time (D3 until D8) (particularly in term of analysis and following action plan) and maintain the customers
保证交付给顾客的零件是没有缺陷的,每个偏差,需要工厂提供行动计划并被工厂跟踪
Ensure that parts without defects are delivered to the customer, for each derogation, there is an action plan driven by the plant
负责客户的PPAP提交
responsible for PPAP submission to customer.
4. 测量,分析及改进 Measurement, analysis & improvement
负责客户端质量表现的监视,定期进行客户质量方面的满意度调查,并完成相关的报告
responsible for follow the quality performance from customer,implement customer quality survey regularly.
跟踪审核结果和跟踪顾客的缺陷的行动计划的来跟踪顾客的满意度/不满意,并根据满意的水平制定集中计划来提高顾客满意度
Follow customer satisfaction/no satisfaction through audit results and customer defects follow-up and apply convergence plan regarding their satisfaction level
根据顾客的抱怨实施8D审核并且跟踪控制计划的更新。对外部的产品,与SQA一起确认供应商的8D
Realize 8D audits regarding customer complaint and follow control plan updating. For external products, validate, with the SQA, the 8D from the supplier
