职位描述

1. Multi-skills in A&T area (washing, assembly, cleanness inspection, test, finish off, rework);

   各工序（清洗、装配、清洁度检查、测试、包装、返工等）多技能；

2. Be familiar with production arrangement and manning management;

   熟悉生产管理和人员管理；

3. 3+ years experiences on A&T production site.

   3年以上装配&测试现场工作经验。

4. Be able to facilitate group work and training, good communication skill and team building.

   能够协助团队工作和培训, 良好的沟通能力和团队精神。

5. Knowledge and practice of continuous improvement tools (5S, SPC).

   了解和应用持续改进工具(5S, SPC)

6. Good computer skill.

   良好的计算机基本知识。

7. Be able to use control panel in English.

   能够操作英文界面的设备。
